1. Assessment
During the first module of this challenge we will do an honest assessment of the currently reality of your habits, the good and the bad! We’ll check in with how they align with your short-term and long term goals.
2. Alignment
During the second module of this challenge, we will be exploring different types of habits for success, learning about habit stacking, seeing where our habits do and do not align with our goals, and learn how to be radically honest with ourselves about what we can achieve.
3. Action
Finally, we will explore ways to bring these healthy habits to life. Explore ways of holding ourselves accountable while being compassionate towards ourselves. Remembering always that the goal is progress, not perfection.

Somara Theodore is a Meteorologist with Washington DC NBC StormTeam 4. Theodore's passion for weather grew out of her experience growing up in cities with different kinds of seasons such as Los Angeles, Atlanta, Honolulu, New York City, and Pottstown, PA. Theodore graduated from Penn State University with a major in Meteorology and minors in Energy Business and Finance as well as Mandarin Chinese. While working on Good Morning Cleveland, she won an EMMY for her morning weathercast of a deadly plane crash in Akron. Somara was most recently featured on The Today Show. Follow her here.

Your confidence grows as you achieve your goals, further encouraging you to stick to your routines because you know you will get the desired results.
